The application of learning is essential for making learning stick!  That is why we offer our members the opportunity to practice what they have been learning in a safe environment through our Agile delivery teams. 

These teams support the delivery of activities for our organisation as well as for our various social enterprise endeavors.  Everyone wins as we are adding real value to our BEAM community, our wider black communities and we all learn and grow too, as we develop new skills, build relationships and gain experience.
