The Servant Leadership Team
The Servant Leadership Team, also known as the SLT are the leaders of the BEAM organisation, but as the name suggests their desire is to be in service to the wider BEAM community. Our SLT are made up of professionals from all disciplines and are renowned in their chosen field of expertise. The SLT are the leaders that steer the strategic direction of BEAM and are closely supported by the Strategic Advisory Group.
Amanda Toussaint

Amanda Toussaint
Amanda is a driven Change and Transformation Lead and Certified Product Owner and Scrum Master.
Amanda has over 15 years experience supporting organisation in both the public and private sector with large scale transformation programmes, including introducing Agile ways of working, the introduction of Salesforce, strategy implementation, as well as workforce management programmes.
She is passionate about developing new operating models for organisations and ensuring that transformation is sustainable by developing the capability of the leadership team and impacted teams.
Amanda is engaging and developmental Change and Transformation leader who brings the weight of her experience to the role as a member of the SLT.
Conrad Ononeme

Conrad Ononeme
Conrad is a Speaker, author and Enterprise Business Transformation & Agility Coach with 20 years’ experience in Agile Transformation and Agile delivery, where he has taken part in, and designed/ implemented the successful transformation of many businesses across different verticals including a number of Fortune 500 companies.
He invests himself in Coaching people and organisations to become the best they are capable of, is his primary passion.
He enjoys self-improvement, travelling, scrabble, documentaries and reading non-fiction books.
Conrad in charge of Strategy & Technology at BEAM puts his experience to work for BEAM’s benefit .
Conrad is a valued member of the SLT and a Co Founder of BEAM.
Ed Enabulele

Ed Enabulele
Ed has operated in a variety of roles over the last two decades, including Project and Programme Management Delivery – specialising in the design, set-up and management of Programme Management Offices (PMOs).
Ed places emphasis in helping organisations achieve strategic and organisational value from having PMOs embedded as part of their establishment.
Ed is passionate about networking and collaboration, especially brInging people together to achieve a common cause. His fun loving side is fascinated about traveling, music, sports and social events.
As Co-Founder of BEAM, this was borne out of his desire to promote improved collaboration within the black community, which would result in driving excellence in our businesses and professional endeavours.
Ed is a member of the SLT and responsible for Programme Management and Governance affairs of BEAM.

Franca is a programme/portfolio delivery specialist with vast experience of working in various industries to implement business critical programmes and portfolios for strategic transformation. Over 10 years experience and expertise in delivering business change initiatives in the media, banking, energy and financial consulting sector.
Franca is passionate about creative writing and is a 5x published Author, blogger, ghostwriter and book-writing coach. Communication is second nature to Franca.
Franca loves bringing people together, mentoring and organising community based events, which is why she heads the Office of Community and Public Relations at BEAM.
Richard George

Richard George
Richard has over the past 25 years, designed and delivered a range of training interventions both in an internal consultancy and operational capacity. These span Leadership, Change management, People Management capability, Employee & Stakeholder engagement including Railways operations and Customer service.
Richard is talented at improving team performance through innovative and technology-driven solutions with an end to end value chain.
Richard had previously served as a Board member of the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Nigeria.
Richard was recently appointed as a HeForShe champion for an NGO; the African Women in Leadership Organisation (AWLO) under the UN global compact solidarity movement for Sustainable Development Goals (SDG5).
Richard is a proud Alumnus of the prestigious University of London, Birkbeck.
Patrick Salami

Patrick Salami
Patrick-Spencer Salami (aka PSS) is an experienced development and strategic communications professional.
His long career in nonprofit sector particularly at board level for various organisations has afforded him immense experience in organizational leadership, effective brand building and rapid income generation.
Patrick is currently the Director of Development & Communications for CentroNia where he relocated to from England a few years back.
He’s a devoted Arsenal fan (#COYG!) and likes the Green Bay Packers, Barcelona FC and, to a lesser extent, the San Antonio Spurs, is a certified Agile Coach & Scrum Master and holds a master’s degree in Marketing from Middlesex University.
Rachel Shorter
Rachel Shorter
Rachel is a highly skilled, ACCA qualified Finance Director. Her experience spans across many industries, with over 15 years of knowledge and expertise in small business growth , mergers, acquisitions and business disposals.
Some major initiatives have included improvement of cashflow , inventory management, introduction of EU VAT and timely reporting.
She is passionate about assisting small start-ups through their growth cycle, and is adept at implementing systems and processes needed to drive a business forward.
Rachel brings that wealth of experience to the team here at BEAM as our Finance and Business Planning Specialist and also a member of the SLT.
Strategic Advisory Group
Our Strategic Advisory Group or SAG are the teams that work closely with our Servant Leadership Team.
They lead programmes and projects within BEAM and work to develop strategic initiatives for the community and the overall organisation. The Strategic Advisory Group are leaders in industry and like the Servant Leadership Team, offer their services on a voluntary basis.
